President: Alan Toltzis
Alan Toltzis has founded several healthcare communications firms over the last 30 years, achieving rapid-fire success by intuiting client needs even before they are uttered. Pharma companies he hasn't worked for make for a much shorter list than ones he has, in every clinical area, with every esoteric twist and every kind of marketing problem.

Executive Creative Director: Stephen Kling
Kling's unique history of consumer marketing for over-the-counter and prescription products merged with his work in political and issue advertising nearly a decade ago. Working with Toltzis for years, they make an unusual team; they finish each other's sentences. It's a unique relationship that yields fast and powerful results.

Client Services: Mike Stafford
Mike's membership in this singular team goes back over twenty years. His previous jobs were on the big agency side, the small agency side, the client side and the vendor side. No detail is too small to have escaped his detection, no strategy too arcane to have been explored. His background in market research puts him in rare company.

Creative Director/Copy: Altay Akgun
Altay trained to become a doctor, but became a Creative Director instead—one of the brightest in the business. With an exceptionally strong background in science and communication, Altay combines medical knowledge with hands-on interactive/web development skills, and traditional print media savvy.

Business Development Manager: Robert DeRosato
Robert got tired of beating out everyone in his six years of fast paced, high intensity sales, so this top producer joined the SNAP team. Like everyone on the SNAP team, Robert brings something extra to the table—trained in graphic design, he understands the nuts and bolts of the business, which comes in handy when you need to make SNAP decisions.

Our Approach to Crisis Manangement

SNAP's team of interdisciplinary specialists are veterans of hundreds of pharmaceutical, political, and issue campaigns.

We've seen and done it all. And we've also seen the way traditional advertising and promotion agencies approach unexpected crises in the marketplace.

It's not a pretty sight. Traditional agencies, and traditionally structured marketing departments, are organized for long-term marketing plans. A Sudden Marketing Event sends all those rules and methods of operation straight out the window.

More than once, issues have spun wldly out of control as a brand manager tried to track down an agency account supervisor, or even one of his own regulators on holiday at the ocean.

Into this breach, SNAP has carved a much needed niche. Our clients are by necessity confidential. Our ten-day engagement is over before most of the world realizes anything unusual has been undertaken.

We do not seek continuing advertising or promotion accounts. We do
not "pitch."

We work quickly, intensely and efficiently. At the end of the 10-day engagement, all materials are handed to your regular marketing partners.
